About Peggy Hall
Hi -- I'm Peggy Hall, certified nutritional therapist, yoga instructor, author and wellness coach.
Like many people, I'm interested in living a healthy, happy, rewarding life -- along with a flatter tummy, of course!
And, like many people, I've been confused about just what, when and how to eat for optimum health.
In fact, I've been on every diet known to mankind, always looking for a doable program that made sense and actually worked.
Along the way, I became certified as a yoga instructor, personal trainer, weight and lifestyle management coach and nutritional therapist.
What I'm about to share with you here is a culmination of over ten tears of formal research, education and training.
But more importantly, what I'm about to share with you is what I have experienced first-hand.
My Three-Day Detox is an easy, effective and enjoyable program that YOU can do! It doesn't matter if you're young, old, healthy, ill, traveling, at home with kids or at the office all day long!
In fact, my Three-Day Detox will GIVE you ENERGY so you can accomplish everything it is you want to do each day. Doesn't that sound great?
